LE SSERAFIM sold out every concert during their Asia and North America tour, proving their global popularity and stage power. In North America especially, fans struggled to get tickets because of overly small venues in major cities like Chicago and San Francisco. The tour sold out quickly, but it also revealed challenges in Source Music’s venue strategy and tour scheduling plan.
LE SSERAFIM Tour Achieves Sold Out Status Across Asia and North America
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) is currently performing their first world tour, EASY CRAZY HOT. The tour began in Incheon this April and gained momentum through word-of-mouth praise for its polished performances, eye-catching production, and rich setlist. As anticipation grew, all 12 concerts across 10 cities in Asia and North America sold out quickly, confirming the group’s growing strength in the live performance market.
LE SSERAFIM Shows in Asia Quickly Sold Out Due to High Demand
The Asian leg starts on July 19 and includes Taipei, Hong Kong, Manila, and Singapore. Tickets for all four cities sold out rapidly. In both Taipei and Hong Kong, shows sold out the moment sales opened. Organizers responded by adding one extra show in each of those two cities.
LE SSERAFIM North America Tour Also Sold Out Despite Limited Capacity
LE SSERAFIM begins their North American leg on September 3, with stops in Newark, Chicago, Grand Prairie, Inglewood, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. Just like in Asia, every stop sold out shortly after ticket sales began. This confirmed the group’s rising appeal overseas—but also exposed a logistical issue.
Small Venues Caused LE SSERAFIM Concerts to Sell Out Too Fast
Many fans feel the concerts didn’t sell out solely due to popularity. The venues were simply too small to meet demand. For instance, Chicago’s Wintrust Arena holds about 7,000 seats. Local fans said that size doesn’t match LE SSERAFIM’s current level of popularity. The San Francisco show venue holds only 5,000 people. However, the surrounding metro area has a population of nearly 10 million. Clearly, these numbers do not align.
Source Music Took a Gradual Approach That May Have Misjudged the Market
Source Music has followed a step-by-step strategy for overseas concerts. In Japan, the group started with smaller venues and gradually moved up. They plan to perform at Tokyo Dome for the first time this November. The same approach seems to guide their North American tour. Some see this as a cautious and deliberate strategy. Others argue that Source Music underestimated the group’s popularity and selected venues that were too limited.
Fans Suggest Solutions, But Scheduling Issues Remain
Fans have suggested adding extra dates instead of changing venues. But LE SSERAFIM already has a packed U.S. schedule. Additional shows could affect the members’ health. It appears Source Music didn’t anticipate this level of demand. The current ticketing issue has no easy fix. Fans now hope that future U.S. tours will better reflect LE SSERAFIM’s expanding influence.

Looks like Source Music totally underestimated Le Sserafim’s popularity in the US. There are SO many people who wanna see these angels live! 😤
